This Month at Thelema Lodge

The Thelema Lodge Calendar write-up will have to be terse this month, owing to the press of Grand Lodge events approaching the elections of the 22nd. Features will return in April or May. Please enjoy the many Thelema Lodge and other events in the Bay Area this month. Here are highlights:

Tarot classes on the 11th and 18th of March, with Bill. The class on the 11th will focus on the Minor Trumps, and will employ astrological links to the Major Trumps. Instructional materials will include printed information on the minor Trumps and slides. The class on the 18th will present the Court Cards as archetypal personalities, and the little-known 16 invisible paths of the Qabalistic Tree of Life will provide the key to this mystery. Printed guides on the Court Cards will also be provided.

Intermediate Ceremonial Magick focuses on Faustian and Goetic classics this month, with meetings on the 6th and 27th.

The Egyptiana Class with Ebony approaches Standing Room Only on the 25th, one of our most popular series.

Explore the mysteries of Stonehenge on the 12th.

Enochian Magick for fun and power: Enochian Chess Club on the 10th, Watchtowers on the 31st.

Thelema Lodge and other SF Area O.T.O. groups will provide opportunities for many different Degree initiations in March, and the dates will be subject to change to co-ordinate with the needs of the IXth Degree meeting and the Electoral College.

Always remember to call the listed phone number or numbers to attend an event. Initiations must be set up in advance.

Gnostic Masses will be held on Sundays as usual, and the Vernal Equinox will be celebrated with an evening ritual. Thelemites please note: The Thelemic year LXXXIII e.n. starts on the Vernal Equinox, at the beginning of the ancient Egyptian Decan of Ra Heru Khuti Ba-Hedi. April concludes this Thelemic New Year celebration with the Three Days of the Writing of The Book of the Law.

IXth Degree Member's Meeting:

The IXth Degree Members Meeting will take place in San Francisco this year, on the 21st and 22nd of March. The meeting is closed to all but IXth Degree O.T.O. this year. The Electoral College and the Supreme Council (Board of Directors) will also meet in this weekend, and attendance is similarly limited on this occasion. These meetings are announced to participants by direct notices.

Don't feel left out! See the notice for the Goddess Is Alive Conference! toward the back of this issue. This is not an O.T.O. event, but it is well worth your time and money. If you are not visited with the Karma of long O.T.O. meetings on the 21st, this is just the thing for the active and alert of the New Age.
